On September 18, the “Seminar on Urban Spatial Data Analysis and Applications” was held at the Nepal Academy of Science and Technology (NAST).
NAST and CSIS signed an international cooperation agreement in May 2025 and have been promoting research exchanges since then. Professor Yoshihide Sekimoto participated in the seminar with two students and presented examples of urban spatial data analysis and its applications.
The seminar is expected to further strengthen exchanges and collaboration between the two institutions.

9月18日、ネパール科学技術アカデミーにて、Seminar on Urban Spatial Data Analysis and Applicationsが開催されました。
ネパール科学技術アカデミーとCSISは2025年5月に国際協定を締結し、研究交流を進めています。本セミナーには、関本義秀教授が学生2名とともに参加し、都市空間データ分析の事例などを紹介しました。
今回のセミナーを契機に、両機関のさらなる交流・連携が期待されます。
