On February 19, the CSIS Symposium titled “New Horizons in Spatial Data Science: Theory, Practice, and Co-Creation” was successfully held. The six invited speakers visited the Kashiwa Campus, The University of Tokyo and delivered on-site presentations covering a wide range of topics. More than 50 participants joined the symposium online.
As shown here, the presentations covered diverse and highly engaging, thought-provoking topics. On-site discussions were held from both theoretical and applied perspectives, highlighting the expanding reach of spatial data science.

2月19日、CSISシンポジウム「空間データサイエンスの新地平：理論と実践と共創」を開催しました。6名の講演者の方々には東京大学柏キャンパスにお越しいただき、現地より様々なトピックについてご発表いただききました。また、その他の参加者の皆様にはオンラインにてご聴講いただき、オンラインでの参加者数は50名を超えました。
各ご発表はこちらに示すように多岐にわたり、非常に興味深く刺激的な内容でした。会場では理論・応用の両側面から活発な議論が行われ、空間データサイエンスの広がりを感じさせるものとなりました。
ご講演くださった先生方、ご参加くださった皆様、ありがとうございました。
