   ※This session will be held in English, therefore we recommend participants who can understand English
   ※The session is for users who are familiar with basic operation of the software, and who understands beginner level knowledge’s such as shapefiles.
4. 4. Entry Conditions, Precautions
   • Free to attend. However, preparation of computers and the transportation fees to the venue must be done or payed by each individuals. We do not support for this.
   • Please bring a computer which has ArcGIS Desktop installed. We will try with maximum support but it will be limited to either Japanese of English version of the software.
   • We will not be responsible for malfunctions of the software, please self-check if the software is running correctly.
   • We may ask for surveys relating with your background of GIS skills and about the content of the sessions.
     Results of the survey will be used as reference for the future sessions.
   • We will not support for installing the software and cannot support for unique malfunctions relating with individual computers or environment (language).
   • Other than Japanese or English version of the ArcGIS, the list of the menu or the names could be different. There could be errors relating with each unique environment, however as stated this will not be supported on the session day.
